update to 2.2.0 (#40)

* install folder changed to correct one in insall script

* update to openHAB stable 2.2.0

* extraction routine for zip file added

* removed unnecessary lines; version update to 2.2.0

* known issue added

service: Running port check only on {start, console}

By a mistake I moved the port check to the general function.
Thus, when stopping openHAB, a error message was shown, which tells that the ports are already in use.
By now checking the port is only done, when starting openHAB as a service or in console mode.

install: Adding missing procedure for updates

Before an update was simply not working when the distribution directory was already existing.
Added a procedure, which keeps the user data and updates the rest.
