Should this be mentioned in the documentation somewhere? Maybe in the installation instructions?

I'm highly doubtful anyone other than us will ever care about this, so I don't think putting it in the installation instructions is warranted. I'll add something to the module docstring, though, as well as a changelog note. |
Moves dependency on pytest into an extra, `testing`, whose main consumer will be the Analytics test suite. Also moves the dependency on parameterized into the `test` dependency group, as it isn't used outside of the tests at all.
