It has long been a problem that Core programs, particularly ones generated by Analytics, are difficult to understand and debug on account of their nested structure and lack of good inspection tools. I don't think I'm the only person that has written a half-baked pretty-printer for them while working on an unrelated Analytics feature. We should add at least basic support for pretty-printing them directly to Core.

There's perhaps a separate question here about showing input and output metrics/domains in a human-readable format, but this issue is more focused on the operations that will be performed by calling the transformation/measurement.
