Planning to add Messenger support, so that will add more tokens to keep track of. Also, allow debug to be set as a process variable.
Use higher order functions, const, and let for more idiomatic JS
Add nodemon for development. Add show url intent, to get current URL from now.sh.

Quiz mode works until the user quits. Also, I did a refactor of the code... I just tried to show a more JS-ish way of doing things.
A neat feature: "show url" will make it show it's URL if it is deployed to
now.sh, otherwise it will say something else.This is the current version on Slack.
