This PR aims to clean up KCert and prepare it for an official release for public use. Goals:

• Get rid of the configuration UI in favor of more standard configuration (JSON / Env Vars / K8s Secrets)
• Update the documentation and deploy.yml files and make sure they're clear and up to do
• Refactor the GH Actions and start tagging semver releases
• Allow users to skip the UI completely by watching Ingresses and generating certs accordingly
