This pull request includes updates to the documentation for learning resources related to GNU grep and other essential GNU utilities. The most important changes include adding detailed instructions and examples for using grep, exercises for practicing grep commands, and installation instructions for essential GNU utilities on MacOS.

Documentation updates:

  • README.md: Added a new introduction and table of contents to improve navigation.

Guides and exercises:

Installation instructions:

  • gnu-grep/gnu-essentials-mac.md: Provided instructions for installing essential GNU utilities on MacOS using Homebrew, including necessary configuration steps.

Added entry for BRE/ERE regex information.
Realised that I would need `grep` 3.8 to go through the exercise (the
one that comes with MacOS is old as the medieval times!)
