And they recently added support for the gateway, similar to the LiteLLM proxy: https://github.com/mozilla-ai/any-llm/releases/tag/1.2.0

Suggested Improvement

It would be great to try the any-llm gateway with jupyterlite-ai, and document its usage in the README.
