Summary
This PR improves UI consistency in the footer section by adding hover effects to the
"Slack", "Common Room", and "Code of Conduct" links.
These hover animations now match the behavior used elsewhere , making
the footer feel more responsive and uniform.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
No. This PR only modifies UI hover effects.
