  • Add Chinese Capital (Hey are traditional, you can't simply convert them to simplified)

Fixed:

  • Chinese (simplified) :十三
  • Chinese (traditional) :拾叁

@rokeyzki Actually there is 3 forms:

  • 十三 is used in both Simplified (mainly) and Traditional environment, let's say it's Simplified
  • and is Traditional Chinese numerical character and it also been defined in GBT 15835-2011 for special usage
  • 壹拾叁 is financial or law related form for anti-tamper, so you must have (number 1) ahead of it while 十三 and 拾叁 is just simply (means 10) plus (means 3).
  • I think (Simplified version of ) is not a number as it's not been defined in GBT 15835-2011
