Tolkien's Elvish languages, English mode in Roman letters (since the Tengwar are not supported in Unicode)
While standard form for Roman numerals never have more than 3 characters of the same kind, It seems that that is just a preference and helps keep the number shorter. There aren't any requirements for the Roman numerals to actually follow such rules and the most common example is when old clocks have "IIII" instead of "IV" for 4.

Added unit tests for Nepali and devanagari. (Explanation in Nepali following)

Fix for misspelling of thirteen as "thirtees".
Added Japanese full-width character version, "13".
Her first name sounds like "13" in Chinese.

Sorry, but it appears due to the magnitude of pull requests, the file you've modified has changed and it cannot be automatically merged. If you'd like, you can rebase against master, or if you're not bothered, you could close the commit (no hard feelings).
