Unfortunately, the installation fails:

It doesn't look like pest provides a phar. You might need to use another installation method, like composer-bin-plugin.

I'm going to close this as there was no feedback for a long time. If anyone is interested in getting this in, feel free to re-open or send a new PR that would pass the tests.
