PyPi tarball doesn't pass the tests - lacks of conftest.py and trace.json files in a test directory

* Python Version: 3.12.2
* OS: linux

### What was wrong?

PyPi tarball doesn't pass the tests due to lack of conftest.py and trace.json files.

### How can it be fixed?

A kind reminder to add these two ones to the next version' tarball.
