This PR replaces the deprecated
URI.encodemethod with the recommended alternativeURI.encode_www_formto ensure compatibility with Ruby 3.3.0 and later versions. TheURI.encodemethod was officially deprecated in Ruby 2.7 (December 2019) and has been completely removed in Ruby 3.3.0 (December 2023).
