This PR introduces multiple changes to the Wasm Workers Server documentation site (https://workers.wasmlabs.dev). It includes the information to the new multi-language feature and new guides for Ruby and Python.

In addition to that, I also updated the documentation structure. Now, all the introductory content is under the "Get Started" section. We have now an "Introduction" and a "Quickstart" sections. Then, I updated the "Tutorials" group to "Supported languages" and added a list of all the supported languages.

This changed the URLs of the documentation, so I took care of adding required redirections into the _redirects file. I also added a new /install redirection to simplify the installation instructions.

Here you can find the staging deployment of these changes: https://v1-0-0.wasm-workers-docs.pages.dev/

It closes #70, it closes #94
