With the 1.5 release, a new
globalEnv(andenv) keys were introduced. However, the documentation seems to mergeglobalDependenciesandglobalEnvwithout explicitly describing what the later does.The PR adds a new
globalEnvsection to clearly explain what this key does, and such remove environment variables terms inglobalDependencies.
