Analysis

Accidental test string "ci test" in README.md

What fails: crates/turborepo-lib/README.md ends with a stray "ci test" string on line 9 that provides no documentation value

How to reproduce:

cat crates/turborepo-lib/README.md | tail -3

Result: Output shows:

Since the migration is done, there's no real reason to keep this split, but we haven't removed it yet.

ci test

Expected: README should end cleanly after line 7 with the complete documentation about the crate's purpose, without the spurious "ci test" string

Fix: Removed the accidental "ci test" line and trailing blank line from the end of the file. The README now ends properly with the meaningful documentation content.
