Description

We were waiting on noFloatingPromises to switch to Biome in this repo. It's a part of their 2.0.0 release, so it's time.

This PR is also cleaning up our Prettier setup, since it was a mess as well.

Note: We're leaving ESLint in the examples still for now. This is only for our code.
