What version of Turborepo are you using?

Describe the Bug

When searching for content on turborepo.org/docs it appears that the following 2 issues are occurring:

1. only titles are being searched against, not the content within all of the documentation
2. clicking on any of the matched docs does not bring me to that article. i need to use my keyboard nav to select and enter to be brought to that article

Expected Behavior

1. Search includes content, not just titles.
2. Clicking any search result should immediately bring me to that page.

To Reproduce

Try searching anything on turborepo.org/docs and then attempt to click on any of the results displayed.
