Summary

I have a monorepo using Turborepo. My folder structure includes apps/api (a .NET 8 Web API) and apps/ui (a React/TS app). If I cd into apps/api and run dotnet build, everything works. But when I run turbo run build (or turbo run build --filter=api) from the repo root, I get an error like:
dotnet\sdk\8.0.406\NuGet.targets(745,5): error : Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'path1') [R:\project\apps\api\api.csproj]

My `apps/api` folder has a minimal `.csproj`:

When I run dotnet build locally, there’s no problem, but turbo run build in the root fails. I’m running the latest .NET 8 SDK, and Turborepo is installed in the root package.json.

Question: How can I fix this error so Turborepo’s build command works for my .NET 8 API from the root, just like dotnet build does in the apps/api folder?
