I want to ask for some help in understanding how caching mechanism works.
What I'm trying to do is to build docker images of the apps that were actually changed.

Here is my configuration:

For some reasons I'm always getting cache miss.
Can some one, please give me a hint what am I doing wrong, and why build:docker is always executed "for real" and not cached?
