The docker example has a this directory structure :

│   ├── web
│   │   ├── Dockerfile
│   │   ├── package.json
├── turbo.json
└── package.json

In each app's Dockerfile, a COPY . . is performed.

1. How can turbo be aware of the root project configuration if it only has access to a specific app's files ?
2. If I do a turbo prune without docker, turbo does not look at the project's root to find the pnpm configuration file (I tried using --cwd but turbo only looks at current directory for pnpm-workspace.yaml)

What am I missing ?
Is my problem pnpm specific ?
Should I put my Dockerfiles elsewhere ?
