The flash playing disappeared when the layout is run from the second time.
…time - basically to ensure we only destroy a layout once.
…lso wait for garbage collection to complete before attempting to clear the video control.
…if the layout has been expired. Added some COM marshalling to try and release video player resources when media ends.
