Describe the bug

Dear Ethereum Foundation team,

I hope you're doing well.

I'm reaching out regarding a couple of small corrections on the “10 Years of Ethereum” events page, related to community events in Vietnam:

1. Da Nang event listing:
   Our event titled “10 Years of Ethereum – Da Nang” currently appears on the site as “De Nang”. This seems to be a small typo — the correct spelling should be “Da Nang”, which is the standard English spelling of the city in Vietnam.

2.Ethereum Hanoi events – possible duplicate:
It appears there are currently two separate listings for events in Hanoi, but they may refer to the same community initiative or overlapping events. If that’s the case, we’d like to kindly suggest consolidating them into one listing to avoid confusion among participants and reflect the shared efforts of the Hanoi Ethereum community.
We greatly appreciate your support in helping reflect these events accurately on the site, and thank you again for all the work your team has done to support and celebrate Ethereum's 10-year anniversary.
