The entire readme.md file is loaded and avaialble in the docs.microsoft.com samples browser. Therefore, it should not have the full index with links to all the local code. Instead, move that into an `index.md` file. Ideally, folks would type `dotnet try --uri index.md`, but if not, there's a link at the end of the readme.md file.
