This should consolidate a lot of knowledge around how dokku deals with buildpacks, as well as clears up a few misconceptions - mainly that dokku doesn't support multiple/custom buildpacks. By bringing this information front-and-center, we can avoid a lot of questions by users trying to use dokku. [ci skip]
