Description of feature

Many sections in the docs are useful to link to without having to parse the whole page. I noticed almost all (if not all) of the <h3> tags contain an ID, so it should make it trivial to make them clickable and therefore easier to copy and paste hyperlinks to sections inside of pages in the docs.
