It looks like typed arrays aren't supported at all in IE9-10 which still accounts for a significant amount of users. |

Yes, but TweetNaCl already uses typed arrays for everything else, and thus requires IE11 https://github.com/dchest/tweetnacl-js#system-requirements :-) |
