Replace deprecated vendor-specific media types with standardized ones: - application/vnd.oai.openapi+json → application/openapi+json - application/vnd.oai.openapi+yaml → application/openapi+yaml This aligns with the latest OpenAPI specification recommendations. Fixes danielgtaylor#898
