python_path means that all the commands are run with python 3.11.
The shift in docker repos is to the RESF section that has newer images. The current one in rockylinux-9-minimal is based on Rocky9.3 while the one listed here is 9.6.
Tested by pulling the image into a local ascender version and running some jobs.
