When following a car in front of me 0.10 works fine when experimental is not enabled. My vehicle slows down and speeds up as the vehicle in front of me changes its speed. But when experimental is enabled and I am following a vehicle, after a few seconds my vehicle slows down continuously even as the vehicle in front of me pulls away. It continues to do so despite no cars in front of me (ACC shows no vehicle on the display). The system never really recovers and continues slowing down slowly until I have to take control. This happens every time - on freeways and surface streets, at any speeds. Once I disable experimental everything works fine.

I've also tried 0.10.1 nightly-dev and the same issue occurs.
