Description

This PR updates bc-python-hcl2 to version 0.4.3 which added support for the parsing of terraform provider functions.
Note this fixes an issue where the parsing of a terraform file failed and checkov couldn't run on the file, however it doesn't add support for the calculation of said provider function.
