Describe the issue
The 3.2.415 checkov version has caused our github pipelines to fail
We run Run checkov -d ./preprod/ --quiet --download-external-modules true in github actions

Previouly this worked fine but the latest release has lead to syntax errors

  Works with 3.2.414
