Fix the release script.
OSX toolchain no longer supports building 386 binaries, so the darwin/386 combination throws an error

Description

Update the version number in preparation for cutting new release

Fix an issue where the release.sh script will not complete because apple have removed
Darwin 386 support from the toolchain
