Bosun can't connect to opentsdb over HTTPS #2087
Description
In Bosun the scheme for opentsdb is hardcoded to HTTP in tsdb.go
The built in reverse proxy for metric data also uses HTTP in web.go
These should probably be changed so that the OpenTSDBConf Host value can be specified as https://ny-tsdb01:8443 if you want to use an HTTPS endpoint
