This PR adds support to db migration for temp tables
Basic changes:
tempdb structuretemptables,temptables will be removed for the non-completed sync if db schema is changed_getTempTableNamesByPatternmethod ofSyncTempTablesManageras public for consistency, minor refactoring hereRelated to this issue:
