This PR fixes sync progress percentage calculation. Basic changes:

  • Fixes sync progress percentage calculation
  • Fixes progress multiplier calculation when needed to launch several syncs from the sync queue
  • Allows sync of all not finished (or finished with error) syncs when the scheduler launches the sync process
  • Allows no more than 10 (prev 100 amount is redundant here) tasks in one sync iteration to reduce loop time
