This PR brings adjustments due to reworking filter query param schemas of bitfinexcom/bfx-report#441

Basic changes:

• Use filter params validation since implemented in bfx-report
• Don't use the new params validation implemented in bfx-report til reworking query param schemas in this repo in a future separate PR (left it as commented out)
