This PR brings adjustments due to reworking filter query param schemas of bitfinexcom/bfx-reports-framework#471

Basic changes:

• Optimizes data validator init flow for fw-reports integration
• Simplifies filter-schemas import
• Adapts report-file-job-data to new helper signature
• Fixes currencies getter interrupter
• Adds candle timeframe validation schema def
• Improves notThrowError param setting
• Adjusts default params setting for positions snapshot file gen
• Adjusts default params setting for full snapshot report file gen
• Removes the old validation module and JSON schemas
