This PR adds exceptions for the error modal window. It should cover the follow cases:
database is locked, it's covered by updating the driver here Bump better-sqlite3 up to 8.6.0 bfx-facs-db-better-sqlite#6 . And for better UX, it adds to cover very rare cases due to internal driver reasonsnetwork timeout, to prevent popping up error modal win due to network error as redundant, it should cover this issue [BUG REPORT] #282
