Background: both of these changes require features added to bedtools only within the version subsequent to the currently in use version. Query: do we swap to the next newer version (from still almost a decade ago), or just swap to the latest version possibly introducing bigger changes? |

Jumping to the latest version is fine. Unless the developer sucks and the latest version just segfaults even in the most common use cases. (Looking at you dragmap!) |
