Hey there

I rewrote the toArray method so that it works under IE8.
Also added a try/catch wrapper for a spot which was giving us problems using indexOf on CALENDAR.items also in IE8

I did not update the minimized versions because I wasn't sure how you wanted to do that - what compiler, etc.

It seems like you've been using pickadate.js for IE8.

As stated in the docs, you should be using the pickadate.legacy.js file for supporting IE7+ and this should not be a problem.
