Added Arabic translation that is used in most Arab countries that's why I named the file ar_AR
So, if anyone one wants to use this in an RTL document he just needs to do one of these:
direction: rtl;to.pickerclassdir="rtl"on the parent element or the HTML tag like so<html dir="rtl">
