added path to file in Jam, and source file to root directory.

Sorry about the oversight with this PR.. v3 drops support for Jam as there are many other package managers that I believe work much better. Hopefully Jam will get updated to not require these redundant declarations. Cheers! |

Added path to file in Jam, and source file to root directory. Chose the full source file since this is most likely used for development, compression can be done with a build task.
Tried to implement this is a current project and wanted to keep all 3rd party code Jam JS compliant for easy updating. Had to manually add the source path in the package file to get it working, which is not suitable for the rest of the team.
