1. Added `#include <utility>` and `#include <variant>` to ensure required standard library types are available for all compilers and usage contexts. 2. Introduced the `absl::MatchVariant` template function to simplify the invocation of `std::visit` with multiple callables using `absl::Overload`. Bug:abseil#1898
