What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Cygwin on Windows 7
2.Copy makefile.cygwin over makefile.machine
3.Use Cygwin terminal to build \jni\7z project: make -f makefil

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to build the whole project successfully. 
The actual result is like one attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I used the last version via SVN.
