The newer version of dotenv "~> 2.5" fixes syntax issues.

This is valid for a .env file but breaks in dotenv "~> 0.9":

DIRECTORIES=(
	"${PATH}"
	"${PATH}/path123"
	"${PATH2}/other/path"
)

This is also valid Bash:

declare -A ARRAYVAR

The current version of vagrant-env will throw this error:

define "declare -A ARRAYVAR" doesn't match format (Dotenv::FormatError)

Using dotenv "~> 2.5" fixes this as well.

Any reasons not to use the latest version to more fully support Bash syntax?
