secrets Changed "applications" to "secrets" throughout the privacy policy to more accurately reflect our usage and storage of user-provided content. Updated links to point to /info rather than /docs or /legal.

This pull request includes several commits that organize the repository for use by onetimesecret.com. It moves and/or removes unnecessary files, updates references and language, and also adds a gitignore file to exclude certain files and directories from version control. These changes improve the clarity and maintainability of the repository.
