The updates in this pull request cover:

  • Moving certain product terms sections (e.g. GitHub Pages and Learning Lab) to the new GitHub Additional Product Terms
  • Moving certain usage limitations to the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Adding pricing language to address usage-based billing for Actions and Packages
  • Addition of a Feedback section
