For better cross-platform compatibility, it's recommended to use forward slashes (/) as path separators in commands. While backslashes (\) work on Windows, forward slashes are more portable and work on Linux, macOS, and modern Windows shells, making the documentation more useful for all developers.1 Using relative paths without a leading ./ is also cleaner and works correctly here.

@mattkae I was also thinking the same but decided not to propose this in this fix. I will propose this when we get the Linux tests working.
