Is there a linter that catches these improper line breaks?

Fixed the line breaks. Currently, we don't have any linters that enforce a minimum line break, and I don't think we should have one. We would have to agree upon a minimum number of characters, and it seems like there could be quite a few cases where the rule would be broken (titles, commands, bullets).
I think it would be good to add a linter that enforces a maximum line break.

I see, that makes sense. On the flutter website repo they have a philosophy inspired by "semantic linebreaks" and recommend 80 characters to be the limit. It's an interesting read for sure.
